The project is characterized by a compact building plot situated on a hillside. Only two floors are visible from the access road, taking the form of two penthouse apartments and an open garage.

Each apartment is designed like its own house, offering excellent views and high privacy through strategically placed niches. The compact terraced building spans seven floors and, as an A Nature climate house, features both green roofs and a photovoltaic system for energy generation. A central heat pump ensures a sustainable heating solution.

The house is nestled in the forest, surrounded by nature, offering the residents an exceptionally good living climate. Despite having a main axis as the only vantage point, the special design with floor-to-ceiling glazed corners and niches ensures a pleasant living experience.
