UPC Architects is an architectural firm specializing in context-driven design and planning.
The projects emerge from an analytical engagement with the site, program, and spatial structure, and are developed into clear, precisely elaborated architectural concepts. The focus lies on material-appropriate design, constructive clarity, and atmospheric quality, realized through close collaboration with an interdisciplinary network of planners and specialist partners.
UPC Architects was founded in 2018 by Thomas Bortondello, Immanuel Santa, and Robert Folie, and is based in Seis am Schlern (Bolzano, Italy). Since 2022, the firm has continued its work without Robert Folie.
The team consists of architects, designers, and external partners who collaborate as a network on a project basis through continuous professional exchange.
